What is a Health Coach?

If you answered "Yes" to any of the questions above, then you may need a health coach. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I guide and empower you, providing ongoing support as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As a supportive mentor and wellness authority I work with each of my clients to help you feel your best through food and lifestyle changes. 

 

I specialize in food allergies, gut health and autoimmune disorders because these issues are part of my health and wellness journey. I know what it is like to feel sick, confused, helpless and frustrated with these ailments. I hoped for someone to support and guide me when I was struggling with my health issues. That is why I became a health coach, to support you through your journey. Whether you have gut health issues, food allergies, or an autoimmune disorder, even if you don't, we can all use a wellness expert in our life to help us bring balance to all elements in our life.

What You Get For $80/hour:


  • First session is 1.5 hours (billed accordingly) 
  • 1 hour sessions thereafter (monthly frequency determined at first session)
